MHRA release new paracetamol dosing advice.
Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is available as an over the counter medicine and is very frequently administer at home to children for a range of indications including fever and pain. SIGN publish "Autistic Spectrum Disorders" Guidelines
SIGN (Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network) publish their latest guideline : Autistic Spectrum Disorders. This clinical guideline from SIGN is entitled "Assessment, diagnosis and clinical interventions for children and young people with autism spectrum disorders". There is a strong emphasis within this guideline on attempting to grade the evidence that is used to support the guideline's recommendations.
