Higher Incidence of Childhood Leukaemia in more Affluent Areas.
The 11th report from the Committee on Medical Aspects of Radiation in the Environment (COMARE) shows that the geographical distribution of childhood leukaemia in the UK is not even.

COMARE's 11th Report shows that the geographical distribution of childhood leukaemia in the UK is not even. These differences are greater than those expected by random chance. The study found an association between more affluent areas and a higher incidence of childhood leukaemias.
